Meditation Monday

This meditation class is a great start to anyone's week.  Let Sheila guide you to calmness and peace. 

Wear comfortable clothing.  Bring a yoga mat and cushion if you have one.  This class is open to anyone, even if you can't get to the floor, it can be done in a chair.

Dates and Times: Monday 2:30- 3:00pm.   

No fee for this class, however, donations are appreciated.
