Join Carson Tahoe Health who hosts a monthly open educational forum where individuals can share ideas and gain information. No reservations are required for support group attendance. At Carson Tahoe Health, we believe that diabetes self-management education and training are essential to successful diabetes care. We support people with diabetes in acquiring the knowledge and skills to manage diabetes for optimal health effectively. This group meeting is held in the Tahoe Room.
