Yoga

In the senior center yoga class, individuals are encouraged to advance at their own pace and not compare themselves to others in the class. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or a blanket.

You may want to sit in on a session first to see if this is what you are looking for. There is a waiting list for this class. To be placed on the waiting list, arrive a little before a class session to speak with the volunteer who manages class attendance.

BRING A SLIP FROM YOUR DOCTOR SAYING IT IS OK TO TAKE THE CLASS.

Dates and Times: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM-11:30 AM.

Fee - $10 for one calendar month of classes
