The Eastern Sierra’s history is shaped by people whose vision, labor, and generosity left the region stronger than they found it, and this program brings together three such figures: Norman Biltz, Duane Bliss, and Ken Lloyd. Their paths were different, but each carved a legacy of building, stewarding, and giving.
